It appears from your pictures that the Chair was not assembled properly, and that a screw was left out. Would it be possible for us to send you the necessary parts and for you to install them? We would be happy to offer you a credit for $25 for this, and we will send all the instructions needed. Please let me know if this is acceptable to you. We apologize for the trouble. Thank you.
